Hunter Boot - My boots ripped not even a year old
How do I get a replacement? My boots ripped and they are not even a year old. Tried emailing and calling no reply to the email and the number is discounted. Paid over $200 Im not happy.

Cannot find a way to contact them about my gift card not being redeemable on their site

I have tried phoning, emailing, live chat, trying to find a store. I have tried using different browsers, clearing cache, laptops, tablets, phones - nothing works.

Returned Item But They Have Not Issued a Refund

I returned an ugly pair of clogs. They were an impulse purchase and really were clunky and ugly in person! I have been waiting almost a month and they have refused to issue a refund. They were returned in completely untouched condition as I took one look at them and didn't even try them on. Hunter has perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No phone support, only online chat "because of COVID". This is 2022, get real. But I suspect they have so many complaints they do not want to subject their agents to a barrage of dissatisfied customers. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HUNTER, ESPECIALLY ONLINE.

I don’t want to leave my bank information on your page I want to talk with someone one not chat

Emailed you and didnt get a response to how to return the boots I purchased that are size 7 and 12 needed 8 & 13 pink Disney boots cause these were for my granddaughters birthday but they are too small so I wanted bigger size and just wanted to talk to someone on the phone without giving my bank information

Billing issue wrong

We are all dealing with the C019 crisis and we will have many issues in our lifetime. This is not the way to handle customer issues by ignoring them all together!

Need help with boots....too big. Leaving for trip soon

Missing delivery

I ordered on July 27, 2021 and I havent receive anything Canada post called me and said that they delivered at 4933 same street is my neighbours address I went to asked her about it and she didnt receive anything, so Im still spectating my order or my money back. Thanks for your answer ASAP

I never received my order or a refund

I placed an order with Hunter Boots on the Canadian website on December 16th. My order was cancelled on the 18/19 without any warning or explanation provided. I have been going back and forth with them for over 1 month and I still have NOT received my refund of $161.28. I have checked with my bank and no refund from that company has been made. I have spoken with at least 5 different people at Hunter It took over 2 weeks to even receive a reason as to my order was cancelled.
